Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of the order due to the fault of the Customer 48 hours prior to the performance: The customer pays a penalty to the artist - 100% of the performances price;
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours: advance payment is not returned to the customer;
  • Cancel performances by the artist (Unforeseen circumstances) - prepayment is returned to the customer.
